Wedding bells!

The official wedding photos can be found on Rob Booker's website: http://www.robbooker.co.uk/weddings/natashaalasdair but here are a few pictures of the preparations, the Sunday hog roast and a few post wedding activities.

Preparations started with the car's annual wash...

And some pampering for us too!

We met our wonderful photographer Rob Booker at Yorkshire Sculpture Park to discuss our wedding photo requirements and have some "warm up shots" taken. Surprisingly good fun wandering around the boggy park!

Another of Rob's shots!

The wedding cake making extravaganza begins - all that chocolate (and more) was used!

The meticulous task of chopping maltesers for the bottom layer... or was it chop one, eat one??

The nerve wracking assembly process... I bet Prince William didn't have to do this!

And decoration....

Then it was to the Angel Inn for the wedding!

Sunrise over the Angel - blue skies at 6am when I was up!

Married! Rob nails the confetti shot :-)

Beautiful Bouquets

The Angel's incredible sticky toffee pudding :-)

An evening walk around the cottages to work up an appetite for cake!

Cake cutting - number one

Cake cutting - number two

The production line begins, so many cake varieties to choose from!

The inside of the chocolate cake in all its glory - there's still a lot left!

Ali enjoys his first breakfast as a married man!

Friends and family arrive for the hog roast in Cracoe - although most of my family remain in bed ill:-(

Admiring the display of embarrassing baby photos - some crackers in there!

Meanwhile the big pig cooks...

Preparing the pig - and look at all those wonderful desserts!

The feast begins...

Enjoying some lawn games in the sunshine (no rain today!)

Lawn darts...

Extreme lawn darts in the winds!

A walk with the Durhams around Grassington

Henry loving the bumpy ride down the cobbles!

Admiring Linton Falls

Buying some hand knitted socks down by Linton church.

Another walk (timed well between showers) from Wood Nook campsite - I love the Yorkshire Dales
